Apostille for Wyoming Businesses
If you plan on conducting business internationally, you will likely need to get an Apostille. Let’s say you intend to do business in France. The French government will ask for your Wyoming business formation documents to prove you have a legitimate Wyoming business. Providing an Apostille helps authenticate your business documents.
How do I get an Apostille?
The easiest way to get an Apostille for your Wyoming LLC or Wyoming corporation is to hire us. But we totally understand if you’d rather do it yourself.
You will need to request an Apostille from the Wyoming Secretary of State. Requests can be made in person or by mail. The filing fee is $20 for each Apostille you request. You can pay the filing fee via cash, money order, or check—card payments are not accepted.
You must contact the Secretary of State by phone or email to schedule an in-person appointment.
Phone: (307) 777-7370

For mailed filings, you must submit an Apostille/Authentication Request to the Secretary of State. You’ll need to include the $20 payment and a prepaid return envelope. Or you can choose to pick up your documents when they are ready.
